Elevate Your Mind

Elevate Your Body

Elevate Your Performance

Your body is built for performance. But when your joints are stiff, your breath is shallow, and your muscles aren’t engaged, your swing falls short — not because you lack skill, but because you’re not in alignment.

That’s why we’re developing a mind-body training system that fuses yoga-inspired mobility, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and mental performance techniques — designed to bring power and precision back into your swing. We’re still in the research phase, shaping this with insights from golfers like you.

Our plan

Through a library of short, easy-to-follow videos

You'll learn to:

Your body already knows how to move.

We’re here to help it move better — with control, stability, and purpose.

Our aim is to train your mind and body alignment by first connecting you with your at-rest range of motion – how much internal and external rotation of the shoulder do you own? From ROM to mobility, we train muscular stabilization and engagement, so your swing is grounded and powered by muscle – not momentum.

And with mobility, we incorporate breath. Mindful awareness is your ability to drop into the moment your ball meets the tee. Where the mind roams, attention goes and in the world of golf, the game is mental – are you in alignment?

Elevate your mind, elevate your life, elevate your performance.

Founder
Vikki Ku

Vikki Ku, RYT500, FRC, is a leader from the tech industry with nearly 20 years of experience in athletics and yoga. Certified through Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level, she started teaching in 2016 after completing her first certification. In 2020 she turned her focus toward breath and body mechanics and explored the concept of ‘mind and body connection’ in the context of movement and life. In her students, she witnessed how the mind activated, and where the breath powered, both subtle and complex mobility patterns. She took this experience into her first golf lesson and noted a disconnect between instructional form and muscular activation – what yoga refers to as ‘the mind and body connection.’ In the same breath, she saw golf as a medium for mindfulness and with it, an opportunity to introduce elements of yoga to the game of golf.

Off the course, Vikki weaves her breath and meditation practices into the corporate world by sharing intentional moments with her team to pause, connect, and breathe. She believes by elevating the mind, we elevate our lives.

Founder
Lindsay Watson

Lindsay Watson, RYT500, FRC, is a professional from the fitness industry with a background in powerlifting, yoga, and Functional Range Conditioning. Her career in weight training began in 2004 and in 2007, she discovered yoga; by 2019 she had competed in the RPS Texas Powerlifting Meet and later that year, she completed her first of three teaching certifications in yoga. Through performance and in her practice, she’s studied the anatomical structures of strength and flexibility. In gyms and studios she where teaches and frequents, she’s noted how often instructions give direction without the action necessary to execute movement. As a yogi who lifts, she understands that optimal performance requires muscle *and* mobility. As a teacher, she trains awareness and authorship of the muscular system. On flexibility, she knows you don’t need to touch your toes - but, she can teach you how.

A self-proclaimed ‘anatomy nerd,’ she’s fascinated with movement patterns. To her, golf is a unique exploration of the body’s ability to generate power from muscular engagement and fluid movement.
